Refund Policy

The free claimed listing costs nothing and stays free. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, and we keep the refund rules short and plain.

Free for the first 14 days after you cancel

If you buy a paid plan and cancel within 14 days of the first charge, and you tell us you are not satisfied, we refund that first payment in full. This covers the Standard plan and featured placement. Write to the contact form from the address on your account, and we process the refund through Stripe to the card that was charged.

After that

Renewal charges are not refunded once a billing period has started, because the placement or the profile features are live from the first day of that period. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the features continue until the period you already paid for ends. You are not charged again after that.

When we refund outside those windows

• You were charged twice for the same plan or the same month.
• You were charged after cancelling, and our records show the cancellation arrived before the renewal date.
• A technical fault on our side meant featured placement never appeared during a period you paid for.
• The law in your country gives you a refund right that overrides this policy, for example a statutory consumer withdrawal period.

Where only part of a period was affected, we refund proportionally rather than the whole month.

What we do not refund

We do not refund for a lack of inquiries, calls or jobs. We do not promise any volume of traffic, and featured placement is a presentation upgrade, not a guaranteed lead supply. We also do not refund a period we ended for a breach of the Operator Terms, such as false license details or unsupportable claims.

Chargebacks

If you do not recognize a charge, contact us first: almost every case is a plan you or a colleague started, and we can resolve it in a day. If you raise a chargeback with your bank instead, we may pause the listing until the dispute is settled.

Cancelling

Cancel from the dashboard billing section, or write to the contact form from the account address. Cancellation is effective immediately for the next renewal; you keep access and placement until the paid period ends.

Taxes and currency

Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax, VAT or similar charge that applies is added or collected as required, and is shown by Stripe at checkout. Refunds are issued in the original currency; your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.
